Our Team
Our team is comprised of experienced and dedicated professionals who understand the importance of superior client service. Our founder, Retha, is a CPA with over 40 years of experience navigating the complex tax world. Retha has extensive experience in taxation and has helped numerous clients with their financial needs. She is an active member of both Rotary Club of Innsbrook and Business Networking International (BNI) and is also an avid tennis player and loves to needlepoint. Her 4 grandchildren, including a wild toddler and twins, keep her and her husband young. She loves traveling to Long Beach Island and Myrtle Beach in the summers and one day hopes that her daughter Laura will want to become a CPA just like her.
Meet Laura
Laura is a Client Relations Manager with over 14 years' experience in the marketing and sales world. She attended The Ohio State University where she majored in Business. After graduating, she gained experience in the automotive, medical device, and restaurant industries. Through career changes, she moved many times before settling on Richmond to be closer to her family. When she is not working, Laura is busy raising her 4 children and making time for the gym. She loves all that Richmond has to offer families and loves watching Richmond grow. When she isn't working, Laura is busy raising her children and making time for the gym. She is a huge fan of the sun and the sand and enjoys any opportunity to go to the beach.
Meet Brooke
Brooke is an Accounting Manager with over 13 years of experience helping clients. She has the reputation of being one of the best in the business and has a loyal client following. She attended Virginia Commonwealth University where she received her Bachelor's in Accounting and Master of Accountancy. In her free time, her husband and 2 young sons keep her on her toes. She loves date nights with her husband, reading, and taking walks when she isn't busy raising her boys. One of her favorite places to be is on a cruise ship and she looks forward to her sons being older so they can cruise together.
