Our History
Wilson & Associates, CPAs, LLP was formed in 2010, but our roots go back much further. In 1974, James M. Wilson began working for his father, who began his accounting practice in 1952. James M. Wilson obtained his North Carolina CPA certificate in 1989. In 2007, Matthew R. Wilson came to work full-time in the business and became licensed to practice as a CPA in North Carolina in 2009.
