• Bookkeeping: We provide flat-rate bookkeeping packages for small businesses, including recording of income and expenses, bank reconciliation, payroll, and more.
• Payroll: Our full payroll services include set up and maintenance of all records, time card tabulations, withholdings of tax and benefit contributions, Federal and State tax filings, issuance of checks or direct deposit, and preparation of all W-2's and 1099 forms.
• Tax Prep: We prepare tax returns for individuals and businesses in all 50 states, including individual returns, schedule C for sole proprietors, rental returns, partnership, corporate returns (1120 and 1120S), and sales and use tax returns.
• Tax Planning: We offer customized tax strategies for small business clients, including 2-4 tax strategies that can be implemented in the taxpayer's business to save money throughout the year.
• Tax Problem Resolution: We are licensed to represent taxpayers before the IRS in all 50 states, assisting with installment agreements, offer in compromise, wage and bank levies, penalty abatement, unfiled returns, payroll tax problems, sales tax audits, and letters from the IRS or state.
• Business Formation: We help entrepreneurs start their business the right way from the beginning, avoiding headaches and providing smart business and tax strategies to stay in business.
• QuickBooks Training: We assist our clients with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online, providing support by email, phone, or remote access.
• Consulting: We offer expert advice on a range of business and accounting topics, providing guidance on next steps and helping clients make informed decisions.
• DIY Option: We provide a Do It Yourself Small Business Bookkeeping e-Workbook, a tool that assists small business owners in logging their financial records in one place.
