They have managed processes concerning accounting, cash management, and store operations for retail and pop-up stores, and have created procedures for key performance indicators (KPIs) action items.

We serve on the finance committee of the Tony Award-winning Crossroads Theatre in New Brunswick, NJ, and have served on the Board of Directors of MyPIE, Inc., a non-profit that provides education on chronic disease prevention. As a serial entrepreneur having owned a franchised business, an accounting firm, and distribution company, Charles understands the concerns of business owners who are striving to grow their companies.
• Irene Gray: Irene is an experienced Accountant and trusted Business Advisor with a solid background working in compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). She has a B.S. degree in Accounting from Rutgers University; an MBA degree, with a concentration in Accounting, from the University of Phoenix; and a School Business Administrator, Certificate of Eligibility from the NJ Department of Education.
• Ramela Lall Haberstumpf: Ramela is an experienced Accountant with a background in Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). She has obtained her B.S. degree in Accounting from St. John's University. With over 20 years of working experience and growing up in an entrepreneurial family from young, Ramela is eager to help family businesses succeed.
