Our Team

Our team of experienced professionals is led by William J. Keephart, CPA, our principal and founder. With a Bachelor of Science degree from Rider College and Trenton State College, Mr. Keephart has over 40 years of experience in the field of accounting. He is a certified public accountant (CPA) and has lectured extensively on Federal Taxation. Mr. Keephart is also a lecturer for the American College - Solomon S. Huebner School of CLU Studies in the area of Federal taxation.

Other members of our team include Michael R. Corish, CPA, MBA, our senior staff accountant; J. William Nichols, CPA, MBA, our tax manager; and Joseph J. Barelkowski, CPA, our senior staff accountant. Each member of our team brings a unique set of skills and expertise to our firm, enabling us to provide our clients with comprehensive and personalized services.
